Bishop Donald Fulton

Bishop Donald Fulton

Donald Fulton was born in Portland, Oregon. At the age of 18 he joined the Army and served as a Chaplain’s assistant, where he served God and country in his calling.

After leaving the Army, he went to West Coast Bible College where he met his wife Rebecca and married in May 14, 1976. Today they have 3 Children and 8 grandchildren.

They have served as Pastors in Panama and Cambridge, England in the Service Men’s Center through the Church of God’s Ministry to the Military.

Their ministry has taken them to Miami, Florida where they spent 4 years and grew a multi-cultural church and built a new sanctuary and purchased 5 acres that today is worth 6 million dollars and is a thriving ministry.

The next chapter in their ministry took them to Baltimore, Maryland where for 14 years they ministered to a large congregation and God blessed them and gave them the ability to build a 1.2-million-dollar office/sanctuary complex. The ministry has several drug rehab houses for college age adults where they could be ministered to and break the cycle of drug addiction. They served the community and they continue to serve the men and women of our armed forces with their location set directly across the Fort Mead Army Base. The church sitting between Washington D.C and Baltimore used its location to serve the inner cities when possible going out and giving food, clothes and ministering to the needs of the communities.

Upon moving to Florida, he served as intake technician for the Florida Hospital drug rehab center in Sarasota Florida. Here he continues to minister to the needs of the people in helping them combat the cycle of drug and alcohol addiction.

In March of 2018, he and his wife moved to Kissimmee, Florida to take over the Lead Pastor position of Fresh Start Ministries where they intend on using their giftings in the ministry of the local communities.

This couple is a testament to the ministry in joining their unique abilities to serve God and the community around them.
